You will utilize effective resourcing strategies like headhunting, internet sourcing, networking, and employee referrals. Additionally, you will be involved in screening resumes, conducting interviews, making offer extensions, and providing post-placement care. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector, familiarity with onboarding and related compliances, experience with ATS tools, and the ability to submit candidates to client portals. You must possess at least 24+ months of Full Cycle Recruiting experience in the healthcare domain for US staffing and recruiting industry, strong understanding of healthcare terminologies, and excellent English language skills. This is an onsite position at our Vadodara office, and the salary will be determined based on interview evaluation.
