As a Healthcare Recruiter at Morph Enterprise LLC, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting talented professionals in the healthcare sector for US clients. Your responsibilities will include performing full-cycle recruiting functions such as job understanding, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summary writing, and presentation. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 6+ months of experience working as a Healthcare Recruiter, along with an excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector and familiarity with onboarding and related compliances. You should be experienced in navigating ATS tools, submitting candidates to client portals, and have a strong understanding of non-conventional recruiting methods. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Account Manager to understand client requirements thoroughly and ensure quality sourcing and recruiting. It will be essential to maintain a candidate database and work as a team player to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition. Your role will involve identifying the right candidates with the necessary skills to match the US clients" needs, utilizing effective resourcing strategies like headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and employee referrals. You will also be responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, extending offers, and providing post-placement care.
