What We are Looking For: Experience: 2+ years in recruiting, preferably in IT, staffing, or high-growth industries. Strong sourcing skills with expertise in Boolean search, social recruiting, and networking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail. Passion for talent acquisition and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IT HR and Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process for our organization. This position requires you to oversee everything from screening resumes to onboarding new hires. Additionally, you will play a key role as a Technical Recruiting Coordinator, working closely with teams to ensure that we hire the best talent to meet the company needs. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Process Management: Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews. Conduct online interviews, explain the company's process and culture, and assess candidates' qualifications. Manage the interview process, including scheduling second-round interviews if required. Invite candidates to the office, give them an overview of the company operations, and explain the work environment. Make decisions regarding candidates' suitability and extend job offers. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transition for new hires. Maintain communication with new hires from the offer stage to their start date. Technical Recruiting Coordination: Administer recruitment activities and ensure properly qualified candidates are recruited. Understand the business's talent needs and respond accordingly. Identify potential talent issues early and address them before they affect the business. Participate in new-employee orientation and onboarding activities to integrate new hires smoothly. Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.
