🔍 What You’ll Do

Hunt and connect with top healthcare talent across job boards, social media & professional networks.

Conduct interviews, evaluate skills and match candidates with dream opportunities.

Partner with hiring managers to craft winning recruitment strategies.

Manage the entire recruitment journey from outreach to onboarding.

Keep ATS data clean, updated, and ready for action.

Build long-term candidate relationships (because good recruiters build trust, not just pipelines).

⚡ What You Bring

2+ years of proven experience in healthcare recruiting or similar.

Strong understanding of healthcare roles, licenses and trends.

Excellent communication, persuasion & people skills.

Comfortable with night shifts and high-volume hiring.

Skilled in ATS tools (HWL preferred), sourcing platforms and staying one step ahead.

Detail-driven, target-focused, and full of positive energy!
