Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a proactive and detail-oriented US HR Executive Client Onboarding responsible for managing end-to-end client onboarding processes. Your main focus will be on ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and consultants while maintaining compliance with US HR standards and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for consultants and clients in the US region. - Collect, verify, and process all onboarding documents (I-9, W4, offer letters, background checks, etc.). - Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and compliance. - Maintain accurate data and updates in the ATS / HR system. - Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. - Ensure compliance with company policies and US labor regulations. - Prepare and maintain onboarding reports and trackers. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR department. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - Proven experience in HR or client onboarding role. - Strong understanding of US HR standards and regulations. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
