Key Responsibilities: Act on leads assigned by the Team Leader in a timely and professional manner. Visit customer locations to perform thorough inspections of vehicles. Evaluate and diagnose issues across key vehicle systems, including: Chassis, panels, and body condition Paint and exterior quality Engine performance and wear Clutch, gearbox, and transmission Brake system and suspension components Capture high-quality images of vehicle parts and upload them to the designated mobile application. Accurately estimate the cost of necessary repairs. Submit inspection reports and estimates via the app in the required format and timelines. Ensure transparency and professionalism while interacting with customers. Requirements: Strong technical knowledge of vehicle components and systems. Ability to identify wear, damage, or potential issues in used vehicles. Comfortable using mobile apps for uploading images and submitting reports. Basic English reading and comprehension skills. Prior experience in vehicle inspection, evaluation, or a related automotive service role is preferred. Two-wheeler driving license is a plus.
