Job Description

Key Responsibilities · Make outbound calls to selected candidates to brief them about the onboarding process, joining formalities, and required documents. · Follow up with candidates regularly until their date of joining. · Assist candidates with form filling, documentation queries, or technical issues related to onboarding portals. · Maintain accurate records of candidate status, communication, and onboarding progress. · Coordinate with HR, recruitment teams, and hiring managers to ensure timely onboarding. · Verify candidate documents and escalate discrepancies as needed. · Handle candidate concerns professionally and provide resolution or escalate appropriately. · Ensure 100% adherence to timelines, process compliance, and service quality standards. · Handle bulk onboarding process.
