Job Description

You are an experienced Customer Onboarding/Product Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for onboarding customers and providing enterprise-level technical support. You will gather requirements through various channels and ensure the best-in-class implementation of the product. **Role Overview:** As the prime contact during project implementations, you will demonstrate a high sense of urgency and ownership in customer interactions. Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders is crucial. You will be responsible for all technical aspects of project implementation, from kick-off to Go-Live, including scoping and change request management. Working closely with project sponsors and stakeholders, you will define project goals, requirements, and deliver projects in a timely manner. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the main contact for customers during project implementations - Build and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Handle all technical aspects of project implementation and coordination - Define project goals, requirements, and project planning with stakeholders - Conduct pre-kick-off and kick-off meetings to establish project plans - Lead the development and implementation of plans and programs for projects - Establish practices, templates, policies, and tools for project management - Ensure customer expectations are met and deliver moments of 'wow' - Manage communication, escalation, and risk management plans - Monitor project progress and report status to management and stakeholders - Coordinate with customers and internal teams for project changes - Recommend product enhancements and new opportunities to the Product Management team - Work with SI partners for custom app/integration work - Collaborate with Customer Success Manager for post-Go-Live handover - Take on additional responsibilities as needed - Provide trusted advisory to customers with a growth mindset **Qualifications:** - 2 to 5 years of experience in the software/tech industry - Experience in SaaS product implementation is advantageous - Basic front-end programming skills (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery) - Understanding of technology stack, programming concepts, and integrations with cloud systems - Hands-on experience with configuring SaaS products like Zoho, Zendesk, Keka, Servicenow (Good to have) - Ability to learn and understand new technologies quickly - Strong communication and written skills - Willingness to work in European shifts - Capable of working in cross-functional teams to solve business and tech problems - Passion for understanding customer requirements and providing solutions - Soft skills to interact effectively with customers over the phone or video calls You are an experienced Customer Onboarding/Product Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for onboarding customers and providing enterprise-level technical support.
