Job Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and timely budget vs. actual financial analyses and variance explanations. Conduct regular revenue leakage checks to identify gaps and recommend improvements. Generate comprehensive revenue reports to support strategic business decisions. Reconcile various financial accounts and statements to ensure accuracy and integrity. Prepare insightful funds flow statements and ensure optimal cash management. Consolidate monthly financial statements, specifically monthly P&L reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and business teams to compile and analyze relevant financial data. Develop and automate reports using advanced Excel functionalities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Required Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization). Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Excellent understanding of financial statements, budgeting processes, reconciliations, and revenue management. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking. Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in MIS, financial reporting, financial analysis, or related roles.
