Job Responsibilities: Define and execute the product roadmap for messaging layer (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email) and video channels. Coordinate with tech and partnerships teams for platform integration and scalability. Ensure product readiness with clear documentation, onboarding workflows, and partner configurations. Monitor product KPIs and optimize performance. Evaluate new features and AI integrations with impact analysis. Provide product feedback loops based on customer needs, regulatory trends, and usage insights. Required Skills: Understanding of messaging protocols (SMS, WhatsApp API, RCS, SMTP) and video communication tech (WebRTC, SDKs). Hands-on experience with APIs, product documentation, and working with third-party vendors. Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration across engineering, delivery, sales, and support. Exposure to AI-enhanced communication tools (chatbots, voice analytics, agent assist) is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Detail-oriented mindset with ownership of product delivery, documentation, and release cadence. This role involves owning the product lifecycle—from discovery and vendor integrations to roadmap execution and GTM alignment—while working closely with internal engineering, design, marketing, and business teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.Tech. / MBA or related degree preferred). 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in cloud communications or CPaaS.
