Product Manager

As a Product Manager - Design and Development at ALAN Electronic Systems Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of the company's medical devices roadmap. Your responsibilities will involve leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with vendor ecosystems, and ensuring the strategic delivery of products in the medical devices domain. Your expertise in electronic medical devices, product development processes, and team management will be essential for the success of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full lifecycle management of medical devices, focusing on those used in surgical and OT settings. - Develop and execute a structured roadmap in collaboration with design, testing, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while meeting regulatory requirements. - Incorporate field feedback and market expectations into product specifications and priorities. - Establish and manage strategic vendor relationships for electromechanical and embedded sub-systems. - Coordinate product testing, validation, and compliance efforts with global standards such as US FDA, EU CE, CDSCO, ISO 13485, and MDR. - Implement documentation, audits, traceability, and version control protocols for compliant development practices. - Monitor competitor benchmarks and provide insights for product and innovation strategy. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical device industry, including product development, field support, technical marketing, or R&D. - Proven track record in managing the full lifecycle product development of electronic medical devices. - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks like US FDA, EU CE, CDSCO, ISO 13485, and MDR. - Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors globally. - Ability to translate clinical or surgical needs into technically feasible and validated products.,
