This strategic role at TransFunnel requires a dynamic leader who can wear two hats with equal passion and precision:
Lead TransFunnel's Growth:
You will own and execute the annual marketing strategy for TransFunnel itself. This means driving our brand awareness across 360-degree marketing channels and generating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that fuel our new business pipeline. Client Delivery Leadership:
You will manage the delivery of Inbound Marketing projects for our diverse clientele, ensuring exceptional results with the support of your team. This involves guiding strategy, overseeing execution, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies for both TransFunnel's brand and our B2B/B2C client projects.
- Craft integrated marketing plans combining SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing to achieve ambitious business objectives.
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, strategize, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Facebook, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, and other programmatic channels.
SEO & Content Marketing:
- Develop compelling content strategies for websites, blogs, social media, and thought leadership pieces to engage target audiences and support lead generation efforts.
Marketing Automation & CRM:
- Manage CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to track and optimize the entire customer journey.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Collaborate seamlessly with designers, content creators, developers, and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets and campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Rigorously track, analyze, and report on digital marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to continuously improve performance and support strategic business goals.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare impactful marketing pitches, presentations, and brochures to support sales and go-to-market initiatives for TransFunnel's services.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure complete alignment on marketing goals and strategies.
What We're Looking For: Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5-7 years of progressive experience in GTM strategy, with at least 2 years in a managerial or significant leadership role.
A proactive, high-energy individual with exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

- Experience of Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, Brevo, and ideally HubSpot/Salesforce/Marketo)
- Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex marketing projects, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and navigate diverse stakeholder expectations.
Nice-to-Have:
- Direct experience in SaaS marketing.
- Proven track record working with international markets (USA, UK, Australia, UAE).
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and emerging AI marketing tools.
