Marketing Head (Graphic designer)
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and execute our overall marketing strategy and marketing Team. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition; expand the business and revenue growth. The ideal candidate Should have a strong awareness of current marketing strategies, and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution across digital and traditional channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales. Identify new market opportunities and target audiences. Plan and manage the marketing budget Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and performance. Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising. Collaborate with product, sales, and CRE teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust Marketing campaigns accordingly. To run Marketing campaign continuously in line with planning. Own brand management and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Track ROI and KPIs; prepare and present regular performance reports to Management Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend and allocating resources efficiently. And in continues connect with Finance team and appraising them on marketing expenses Identify market trends and opportunities for growth, including new market segments and partnerships. ______________ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth. Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and performance metrics. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Experience in B2B marketing, Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data-driven marketing techniques.
