Laptop/Desktop Service Engineer

Job Summary
Working experience in Advanced Server, Server Maintenance, OS & Networking Knowledge, Laptop, Desktop & Printer troubleshooting, installation of OS, software, printers, other hardware. Assembling and de-assembling of laptop and desktops. Updated with latest technology. Having Bike desirable. you should be flexible to work both field and in house service requirements.

· Receive of the laptop brought for repair from customer. Carry out an inspection and create a report with an inward number.

· Provide an estimate based on repair work to be carried out. Obtain an approval from the customer.

· Perform hands on trouble shooting, service and repair.

· Coordinate with the colleague, if the repair job is carried out in a split manner.

· Create intent to purchase of items for repair. Coordinate with the purchase department for purchase of the items.

· Request the repair items and cost estimation to the services head

· Develop procedures to deliver the services in a better and timely manner.

· Communicate with the customer in a professional manner.

· Inform the customer regarding the status of the equipment.

· Manage the warranty repairs for the equipment is serviced.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
