Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the IT hardware sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, expanding business with existing clients, and building long-term relationships through our channel partnerships with major IT hardware brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new corporate clients for IT hardware solutions (e.g., laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices, storage, peripherals).
  • Leverage relationships with OEMs and distributors (e.g., Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.) to offer customized solutions to clients.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue through direct and indirect (channel) sales.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of IT hardware trends, product roadmaps, and pricing structures.
  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with procurement heads, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders in corporate accounts.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and conduct product demos.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay up to date on competitor activities, pricing, and market movements.
  • Represent the company in OEM partner programs, channel events, and industry expos.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the IT hardware or technology sector.
  • Strong network of corporate clients and OEM/distributor contacts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of channel sales models, pricing, and incentive structures.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and map appropriate IT hardware solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience working with IT channel partners or distributors.
  • Exposure to enterprise hardware procurement processes (corporates, BFSI, education, healthcare, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
