In our applications lab, we develop tailor-made formulations and provide immediate solutions. We require an Office Coordinator to support day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth operations. Immediate joiners & residents of nearby Rohini locations will be preferred. Job Description: Assist in day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks Handle internal and external communication (emails, calls, documentation, etc.) Maintain and update records, files, and office documents Work on Google Sheets /Docs, reports, and tracking activities Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization is required. Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar profile (freshers open to learning may also apply). Job Responsibilities: Lead and drive new business development for cosmetic and personal care ingredients across the domestic market. Identify, develop, and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Build and manage relationships with key accounts, strategic customers, and channel partners. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Guide and support the Business Development Executives in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure timely solutions and product availability. Develop and implement account development plans to retain existing clients and generate new revenue streams. Ensure effective order funnel management, forecasting, and reporting. Contribute to strategic planning, pricing discussions, and product portfolio expansion. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and customer meetings. Education Background: M. Pharma / Masters is preferable. Other Key Skills Required: Strong Communication (both verbal and written, Strong Interpersonal Skills, and Good Knowledge of functionalities like GSuite, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc. Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Sales & marketing of cosmetics or pharmaceuticals ingredients.
