We are looking for graduate candidate with experience as Team Leader / Supervisor / Review In-charge.
You will be responsible for daily review of Inside Sales Team (CRE) and Field Sales Team (ASM) performance on all aspects.
Review sales team daily visit report, funnels report, Target vs Achievement.
Tracking Sales team daily routines are executed on time. Directly involving on high value sales transactions till closure.
Support to sales team on getting clients appointments, sending business proposal mails, and follow-up till new customers are onboarded.
Non-performing customers are to be taken from the 6 months sales data of all CRE’s and such customers are to be spoken. Also asking for references from the existing customers to get additional business.
Regular training to Sales team, and checking on cross sell skills.
