Locations : Gurgaon & Pune (Hybrid) Experience : 3 - 5 years About The Role We are hiring a Senior HubSpot Specialist to support and optimize our marketing operations. You will be responsible for managing the HubSpot platform, building workflows, executing campaigns, and driving analytics insights that empower data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations within HubSpot including email campaigns, automation workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement demand generation and nurture strategies. Ensure marketing data accuracy and hygiene, and maintain system documentation. Create dashboards and generate reports to track marketing performance and ROI. Support user training and platform adoption across the organization. Assist in integrating HubSpot with third-party tools and CRM systems. Qualifications 35 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and related tools. Strong understanding of inbound marketing, automation, and lead management. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics 365. Proficiency in building and optimizing email campaigns, workflows, and landing pages. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
