About The Role We are seeking a seasoned HubSpot Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, end-to-end marketing automation solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in HubSpot, a strategic mindset, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to support global marketing and sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Architect and design scalable HubSpot solutions tailored to business needs. Lead implementation and integration of HubSpot with other enterprise systems (CRM, CMS, analytics platforms, etc.). Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency. Develop automation strategies for lead management, campaign workflows, and data enrichment. Ensure data integrity, security, and performance within the HubSpot ecosystem. Provide technical guidance and best practices to internal teams and : 710 years of experience in marketing technology, including at least 4+ years working extensively with HubSpot. Proven track record in designing and delivering complex HubSpot implementations. Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnels, lead lifecycle, and CRM strategies. Experience integrating HubSpot with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, CMS platforms, and analytics tools. HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Solutions Architect, HubSpot Marketing Software) are a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
