About Us: Inbound Academy is a leading digital marketing training institute in Jagatpura, Jaipur. We offer practical, career-focused courses designed for students, working professionals, and job seekers. As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our admissions and counselling team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads generated via social media, ads, and website Provide information about our 3-month digital marketing course Understand the candidate’s background and guide them in choosing the right program Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into walk-ins or enrollments Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth follow-ups Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, counselling, or inside sales (Education sector preferred) Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools) Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply Benefits: On-the-job training and mentorship Friendly and professional work environment Opportunities for growth within the organization Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Sunday Off) Salary: Based on experience and performance in the interview Show more Show less
