Marketing Head

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing with strong managerial skills and a solid background in digital marketing (7+ years). This role will lead the marketing team, drive digital strategy, and oversee campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
• Oversee campaigns across channels to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
• Analyze performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product) to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage marketing budget and external partnerships.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Proven track record of driving digital growth and leading successful campaigns.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Data-driven with experience in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
