Job Title: Outdoor Marketing Executive – Clothing Brand

Job Summary:

The Outdoor Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the clothing brand through direct field activities, dealer visits, institutional marketing, and event participation. This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, expanding the wholesale and retail network, and driving sales growth through outdoor marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to promote the brand in targeted markets.
• Visit retailers, dealers, schools, colleges, and corporates for promotional tie-ups and bulk orders.
• Distribute catalogues, flyers, product samples, and promotional materials in key areas.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and competitor activities.
• Collect dealer / customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups, order collection, and delivery scheduling.
• Organize and manage promotional stalls, exhibitions, and fashion events.
• Maintain records of visits, enquiries, and leads using standard reporting formats.
• Assist in creating local branding ideas such as hoardings, banners, and vehicle branding.
• Build and maintain good relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Any degree (preferably in Marketing / Business / Fashion Management).
• Experience: 4–6 years in outdoor marketing, textile, or fashion industry preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
• Knowledge of local market and customer behavior in clothing/fashion sector.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Good personality and brand representation ability.

Additional Requirements:

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
