Social Media & Branding Executive

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer who can bring our brand to life across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and content standardization, along with hands-on experience in tools such as CorelDRAW, Canva, and illustration software. The role also involves planning and executing social media content calendars and creating engaging video content for online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts using tools like CorelDRAW, Canva, and others.
• Create short-form social media videos and reels to support campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar in line with brand goals.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all visual content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign ideas.
• Maintain design quality standards and best practices in all deliverables.
• Stay up to date with trends in design, branding, and social media engagement.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in illustration and design tools (CorelDRAW, Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Ability to create social media videos (basic video editing skills preferred).
• Strong sense of brand identity, creativity, and visual standardization.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Assessment:

Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated based on a design assignment to assess creativity, technical skill, and brand alignment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
