Role Overview


Marketing & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities



1. Lead Generation & Outreach (40%)


  • Research and identify 

    potential clients

     — focusing on startups and growth-oriented businesses.
  • Drive outreach via 

    LinkedIn, networking events, and professional communities

    .
  • Execute 

    cold email campaigns, follow-ups, and calls

     to engage decision-makers.
  • Maintain a 

    healthy pipeline of quality leads

     using CRM tools.



2. Client Acquisition (40%)


  • Understand client needs and 

    present Scribble Scrolls’ offerings

     with clarity and impact.
  • Conduct 

    discovery calls and meetings

     to propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, finalize service packages, and 

    close deals to meet monthly revenue targets

    .
  • Build strong, 

    trust-based relationships

     with key stakeholders.



3. Collaboration & Reporting (20%)


  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to 

    craft effective pitches and proposals

    .
  • Monitor outreach effectiveness and 

    optimize strategies for higher conversion

    .
  • Prepare weekly reports on 

    leads, conversions, and revenue growth

    .




Requirements



Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in 

    Marketing, Business Administration

    , or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in 

    sales, business development, or client acquisition

     (agency background preferred).



Core Skills


  • Excellent 

    communication and presentation skills

     (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in 

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace

    .
  • Strong negotiation and 

    deal-closing abilities

    .
  • Awareness of 

    digital marketing platforms and trends

     (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Number of 

    qualified leads generated

     each month.
  • Client conversion rate
