Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Marketing Business Development Executive. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts effectively. The role also includes strategic planning and collaboration with the marketing team to drive growth initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in marketing or business development roles is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, IT services, or B2B sales (preferred)
  • Ability to generate leads via LinkedIn, email, and online platforms
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Promote company services through digital marketing, social media, and outreach campaigns
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Meet assigned sales and business development targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and follow-ups using CRM tools
