Job Title: Assistant Manager – BPO (Real Estate) Company: Makshi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – BPO (Real Estate) to lead and optimize our BPO operations for real estate clients. The ideal candidate will be a performance-driven leader with expertise in real estate lead generation, sales coordination, and team management, ensuring high productivity and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and mentor a team of 50–80 telecallers/executives to meet project KPIs. · Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality, productivity, and client SLAs. · Train, coach, and motivate team members to enhance performance. · Manage multiple real estate projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution. · Analyze team performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights. · Optimize CRM usage, call systems, and workflow processes for efficiency. · Resolve escalations, maintain client relationships, and drive customer satisfaction. · Support recruitment, process improvements, and operational strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: · HSC/Graduate (Graduate preferred) with 2–4 years in BPO operations (real estate/tele-sales preferred). · Strong team management skills with experience handling large teams. · Excellent English + Hindi/Marathi communication (verbal & written). · Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and performance analytics . · Ability to work under pressure , multitask, and deliver results. · Goal-oriented, process-driven, and client-focused approach.
