Job Title: Assistant Call Center Manager (Immediate Hiring)

Priority: Real Estate sales experience


Job Overview:

Makshi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and efficient Pre-sales Assistant Call Center Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the Call Center Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and efficiency in daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Daily Operations:

  • Support the Call Center Manager in planning and executing daily call center operations.
  • Ensure that agents maintain high standards in all customer interactions.


Staff Supervision and Support:

  • Motivate, lead, and coach team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for the continual development of team skills.


Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor calls and provide feedback to improve quality and productivity.
  • Assist in creating reports on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics.


Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvements.
  • Implement new strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Issue Resolution:

  • Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with customers for feedback and issues.


Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on call center metrics and employee performance.
  • Analyse data to suggest improvements in operations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
