As a Marketing Business Development Executive, you will be integral to driving business growth through various responsibilities: - **Team Communication:** You will serve as the main point of contact for project-related communication within the team. - **Project Coordination:** Your role will involve maintaining seamless coordination with all stakeholders involved in ongoing projects. - **Client Follow-up:** It will be your responsibility to conduct daily follow-ups with clients to ensure project satisfaction and identify new business opportunities. - **Lead Generation:** You are expected to initiate outbound calls to generate leads and nurture prospective clients. - **Site Supervision:** Visiting project sites as needed to supervise progress and ensure alignment with client expectations is part of your duties. - **Market Research:** Analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities to support company growth will be crucial. - **Sales Strategy:** Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets is a key aspect of your role. - **CRM Management:** You will be required to maintain and update client and sales data using CRM tools and Excel for reporting and analysis. - **Networking:** Attending networking events to build relationships with potential clients and promote company services is essential. - **Documentation:** Your tasks will include preparing and maintaining project documentation, sales reports, and business development records. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - **Experience:** Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing is advantageous. - **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective team and client interaction. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting is required. - **Organisational Skills:** Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential. - **Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members is important. - **Willingness to Travel:** Availability to visit project sites as required is expected.
