• Identify and engage with individuals interested in pursuing higher education
• Provide counselling and guidance on suitable programs and career pathways
• Support prospective students through the admissions process
• Assist in marketing campaigns, outreach, and lead generation
• Collaborate with the team to achieve enrollment and business growth targets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand student needs and provide counseling support
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

• Recent graduates from B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, MBA)

• 0–1 years of experience in marketing, sales, or counselling (preferred)
