Role Overview

• Find and connect with students interested in online courses
• Help with marketing activities such as social-media posts and promotions
• Guide candidates about course options and assist with admissions
• Stay in touch with students to ensure smooth support during their studies
• Work towards targets by following up and converting leads into admissions
• Track performance metrics including leads, admissions, and student satisfaction
• Collaborate with the team to achieve enrolment and business growth targets

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand student needs and provide counselling support
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

Qualifications

• Recent graduates from B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, MBA

• 0–1 years of experience in marketing, sales, or counselling (preferred)

• Freshers with strong interest in education and client engagement are encouraged to apply
