Business Development Executives/ Marketing Executives – PAN India Recruitment

We are looking for motivated candidates with strong marketing skills to support client acquisition and corporate relationship development in the Non-IT & IT recruitment sector across India.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Only candidates with marketing skills and genuine interest in business development may apply.

• No prior experience required; freshers interest to learn are invited 

• Excellent English fluency (spoken and written).

• Good computer skills, with the ability to work on LinkedIn, CRM tools, recruitment portals, and reporting systems.

• Confidence in client communication, follow-ups, and presentations through digital channels.

• Professional attitude with good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• No travel required; all activities will be handled from the office.

• Work location: Cochin.
