Role Overview

Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own dashboards that track campaign performance across all channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, website, IVRS, influencer and partner campaigns)
• Analyze user engagement, lead conversion, retention, and drop-off data to optimize campaign outcomes
• Collaborate with content and growth teams to plan campaigns
• Report campaign performance weekly and contribute to monthly reviews with actionable insights
• Recommend strategies based on trends, seasonal data, and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with field and partner teams to ensure alignment between digital and on-ground messaging
• Use marketing tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoho CRM, etc.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, growth, or analytics role
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, organic growth, and CRM workflows
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in Sheets/Excel, dashboards, and marketing KPIs
• Strategic mindset: You don’t just read numbers, you find what they mean and act on them
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Bonus: Experience working in a tech/clean-tech/startup environment or with rural/audience-focused brands
