Job Description

Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify market opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to track and evaluate campaign ROI and effectiveness.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management with actionable insights.
Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Support in developing go-to-market strategies and business growth plans.
Provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and market demand.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM, etc.) for data-driven reporting.
Collaborate with sales, product, and digital marketing teams for integrated strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a
Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or Research Analyst
.
Strong knowledge of
marketing metrics, research methodologies, and analytics tools
.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret data and provide business-focused recommendations.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
