About Us


Koh! Foods is on a mission to make everyday meals healthier, tastier, and more convenient with our range of natural vegetable powders and innovative food products. We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who can take charge of our digital growth, optimize our marketing funnels, and help us scale both paid and organic channels.


Role Overview


As a Marketing Analyst at Koh! Foods, you’ll be the brain behind our growth strategy—tracking performance, identifying bottlenecks in the user journey, and ensuring seamless movement across the funnel. Your work will directly shape how we acquire, engage, convert, and retain customers.


Key Responsibilities


1. Funnel Optimization & User Journey

• Map and analyze the entire customer funnel (awareness → engagement → consideration → purchase → repeat).

• Identify drop-off points and implement data-backed solutions to reduce friction.

• Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve landing pages, product pages, checkout flow, and post-purchase experience.

• Run A/B tests to refine CTAs, page layouts, and messaging for higher conversions.


2. Organic Growth & Engagement

• Develop strategies to improve organic traffic through SEO, blog content, and community engagement.

• Track keyword performance and optimize site content for higher rankings and discoverability.

• Support organic social media growth by analyzing engagement patterns and suggesting content improvements.

• Collaborate with influencer/affiliate partners to expand reach organically.


3. Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.

• Continuously monitor campaign performance (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR) and optimize for efficiency.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on what drives conversions—creative, audience segment, or channel.


4. Data & Insights

• Own analytics dashboards and reporting to track growth KPIs (traffic, engagement, CAC, LTV, conversion rate).

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Maintain attribution clarity across paid and organic channels.


Requirements

• 2–4 years in growth, performance marketing, or marketing analytics.

• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and SEO tools.

• Comfort with funnel analysis, conversion optimization, and retention strategies.

• Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL or BI tool knowledge is a plus.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Bonus: experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
