Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency and blockchain space. Based in Pune, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, strong networking skills, and a passion for emerging technologies like DeFi, NFTs, and Web3. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in the crypto and blockchain space. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for acquiring institutional and retail clients, developers, or ecosystem partners. Partnership & Ecosystem Development: Build strategic alliances with exchanges, wallets, payment gateways, DeFi platforms, and blockchain communities. Attend and represent the company at crypto/blockchain events, meetups, and conferences. Sales Strategy & Client Acquisition: Drive B2B and B2C sales for products/services such as crypto exchanges, wallets, NFTs, tokens, or blockchain development solutions. Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing, and post-deal account management. Product & Market Feedback: Work closely with product and tech teams to communicate market trends, user feedback, and competitive intelligence. Contribute to product roadmap and feature prioritization based on market demand. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain an active sales pipeline, CRM data, and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior leadership. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in fintech, crypto, blockchain, or Web3 domains. Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and related products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience working with crypto exchanges, wallet providers, blockchain developers, or DeFi platforms. Network within India’s crypto and Web3 ecosystem. Familiarity with regulations, trends, and investor sentiment in India’s crypto market. Show more Show less
