Job Description

As a Marketing Analyst at our company, you will play a vital role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive performance, retention, and revenue. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize spend, and identify growth opportunities in digital and lifecycle channels. Your contributions will directly impact marketing strategy and enhance customer experience throughout the funnel. Your responsibilities will include analyzing marketing performance across various channels such as paid media, CRM, and SEO. You will be tasked with building and maintaining dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators like CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, and conversions. Additionally, you will conduct customer cohort analysis, funnel deep-dives, retention diagnostics, and design experiments such as A/B tests and incrementality studies. Your role will also involve providing insights on creative performance, targeting, budget efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance engagement and reduce funnel drop-offs. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in D2C marketing analytics, preferably in healthtech, e-commerce, or consumer internet sectors. Proficiency in SQL and tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, Power BI, and Google Data Studio is essential. Familiarity with attribution models, funnel metrics, and performance data is required, and experience in Python/R for advanced analytics would be a bonus. A business-oriented mindset with excellent storytelling and presentation skills is necessary to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
