We're Hiring: Health Care Managers (HCM) – Multilingual Healthcare Professionals Location: Thane, Maharashtra Experience: 3–5 years Type: Full-time | Onsite Are you a compassionate healthcare professional fluent in regional languages and passionate about delivering top-notch healthcare services? We have 2 open positions with specific language requirements: 1) HCM – South India Language Specialist 🔸 Languages: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada (Fluent in reading, writing & speaking) 2) HCM – East India Language Specialist 🔸 Languages: Bengali, Odia (Fluent in reading, writing & speaking) Key Responsibilities: Monitor vitals and update the EMR Manage medications, organize medicine pouches, and set reminders Coordinate doctor/lab visits and support in emergencies Assist with hospitalization logistics and insurance claims Ensure top-tier customer experience and drive retention What We're Looking For: Fluent in required regional languages (as per role) Healthcare background (Nurse, Dietitian, Physiotherapist, etc.) Qualification: BAMS / BHMS / BDS / BPT / MSW or similar Prior experience working with HNIs is a plus Presentable, empathetic, and highly organized Why Join Us?
