Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage tag integration and SDK implementation (GA4, Tag Manager, eCommerce data layer pushes). Analyze and improve the full conversion funnelnot just last-click performance. Marketplace & Social Advertising: Plan and optimize paid ads for third-party marketplaces and platforms like ShareChat, Snapchat, and emerging native ad networks. Continuously monitor and adjust bidding strategies, creative assets, and targeting criteria. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve landing pages, page load times, and other ad-related technical improvements. Share insights with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and improve overall campaign impact. Reporting & Optimization: Build dashboards and reporting systems using tools like Looker Studio. Perform audits and continuously refine ad copy, creatives, and keyword strategies. Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, tools, and competitive insights. Qualifications: Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5–7 years of paid media experience in an agency or eCommerce environment. Expertise in managing scalable campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketplaces. Experience with marketing analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, Microsoft Clarity). Proficiency in tag management and attribution setup using SDKs and cloud-based tools. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and conversion optimization. Nice-to-Have: Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and Google Analytics. Experience with 3rd party tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Screaming Frog, Keyword Planner.
