We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Digital Worker Manager for our JBS Business, as part of our Global Business Excellence and Transformation team. The core role responsibilities and delivered outcomes are helping us build out the Automation capability for the organization and supporting the design/delivery/maintenance of Automation solutions to support our customers, as well as supporting the delivery of a broad array of technology initiatives for JBS.

Role Purpose
RPA Digital Worker Manager is responsible for L1 & L2 run support, maintenance, creation, design, development, and implementation of Automation Anywhere A360 automations. The function of the role is to provide Run support and also investigate, analyze, & set up automated processes to maximize efficiency for a business model. This position requires a flexible work schedule, work in rotational/permanent shifts, ability to work independently, a highly driven team player with a strong work ethic and enjoys working in a dynamic, innovative and multicultural team/business environment.
What this job involves
Responsibilities:
Responsible for L1 & L2 Run Support & maintenance of deployed RPA (Automation Anywhere A360, Power Platform) solutions
Responsible for capturing and publishing Run metrics/KPIs like incidents, change requests, deployments, bots metrics, etc
Responsible to design, developing, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, Power Platform to streamline processes and maximize efficiency
Design automation processes as per the operational needs of the organization and using Work Load Management for scalability
Scripting/coding in RPA tool to resolve automation issues
Review the code and the design and also provide expertise in the development, and integration of systems
Contribute to development and configure new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
Automation KPIs reporting, building dashboards with Power BI, Excel & PowerPoint based reporting
Build automations for run support activities and reduce/eliminate manual effort for the team
Document the automation procedures
Collaborate with the RPA Governance on best practices and code reviews
Collaborate with the internal IT team to set up and maintain RPA technical infrastructure
Participate in training businesses on the use of RPA technologies and in automation best practice
Participate in technical discussions and develop strategies to solve technical challenges
Analysis root cause for an error/incident
Collaborate with Governance, IT, Operations, Business, Application, Risk, Compliance teams for Change Management.
Working Experience & Certification:
3+ years of professional experience with RPA tools Automation Anywhere A360, Power Platform
Must be Automation Anywhere A360 Certified RPA Professional
Must have experience in Development, Run Support, Maintenance, Incident Management and Change Management
Control room- administration knowledge
Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
Excellent logical thinking and have should be able to identify the issues and root cases with very quick turnaround time
Experience in handling Change Requests and Incidents. And experience in change management process
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile development
Good working experience with Web, Windows, Email, PDF, API, Excel, Word, Share Point, SAP, Terminal Applications, etc
Good working experience with Gen AI, prompt engineering and other OCR tools
Knowledge of Agentic Automation is a plus
Experience/knowledge of Database, VB/Python scripting and Excel VBA
Knowledge of Agile Tools like Azure Dev Ops or JIRA
Technical Skills
Must have experience in Solution Design, Development, Testing, Run Support, Maintenance, Incident Management and Change Management
