We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Technical Manager for our JBS Business, as part of our Global Business Excellence and Transformation team. The core role responsibilities and delivered outcomes are helping us build out the Automation capability for the organization and supporting the design/delivery/maintenance of Automation solutions to support our customers, as well as supporting the delivery of a broad array of technology initiatives for JBS.

Role Purpose
The Intelligent Automation Technical Manager for JBS role requires working collaboratively with teams and sponsors to design, implement and execute through transformational change efforts of varying size and complexity. This role will utilize technical and change management principles and tools to focus on driving financial results for our workstreams, ensuring that deliverables are tangible and constructed in such a way as to support the strategy execution.
What this job involves
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for design, development, run support and maintenance of RPA / UDA solutions
Be a subject matter expert in Automation, primarily RPA technologies, but also other low code/no code technologies along with Python from an design/delivery/maintenance perspective.
Be accountable for design, development, execution of RPA / UDA solutions (including building internal capability and/or partnering with a vendor to bring on board best in class automation/RPA build capability) in JBS
Responsible to design, developing, and implement RPA / UDA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
Design automation processes as per the operational needs of the organization and using Work Load Management for scalability.
Scripting/coding in RPA tool to resolve automation issues.
Review the code and the design and also provide expertise in the development, and integration of systems.
Configure new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools.
Document the automation procedures.
Collaborate with the RPA Governance on best practices and code reviews.
Participate in training businesses on the use of RPA technologies and in automation best practice.
Participate in technical discussions and develop strategies to solve technical challenges.
Analysis root cause for an error/incident.
Support the identification of the over-arching framework to deliver RPA from inception to maintenance and ongoing monitoring of RPA digital worker performance
Work closely with technology to embed a holistic Automation SDLC that integrates and operates effectively with technology infrastructure requirements
Build and maintain effective communications with key stakeholders, cross functional leaders and project team members
Be accountable for delivering agreed internal client benefits
Coach and guide project team members where necessary
Drive a culture of process re-engineering into automation solution design
Model and develop robotic process to reduce manual processes and improve employee productivity
Implement best practices to reduce complexity, improve scalability, reusability, security and increase efficiency through standardisation
Provide support in performing QA testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing as needed whilst establishing the broader capability
Ensure robust governance and regular report out to achieve all defined outcomes within defined timeframe.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will combine the ability to work with multiple teams/workstreams with prior experience delivering the benefits of transformational change
The candidate needs a demonstrable and highly technical mind-set, strong design acumen in addition to excellent listening and communication skills. A logical, structured approach to problem solving and common sense are key.
Experience
Extensive professional experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or with a firm with a well-established transformation agenda
Previous roles include Technical Delivery responsibility in a global company with similar size to JLL
At least 6+ years of experience which includes RPA, Gen AI, Python programming.
Extensive experience with RPA tools Automation Anywhere A360, UiPath, Power Automate with certifications, Python.
Experience with Gen AI tools/tech implementations.
Direct experience of major international business transformation projects
Excellent technical and analytical skills are essential
Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere
Ability to training / transfer learning and skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Needs to demonstrate significant credibility in having previously delivered Automation design and implementation programmes
Technical Skills
Must have experience in Solution Design, Development, Testing, Run Support, Maintenance, Incident Management and Change Management.
Control room- administration knowledge.
Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes.
Experience in handing Change Requests and Incidents. And experience in change management process.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile development.
Good working experience with Web, Windows, Email, PDF, API, Excel, Word, Share Point, SAP, Terminal Applications, etc.
Good working experience with IQ Bot and other OCR tools.
Experience of Database, Python/ VB scripting and Excel VBA.
Knowledge on Agile Tools like Azure Dev Ops or JIRA
To own, contribute and deliver project tasks / activities as required to deliver project outcomes on the ground
Building a central capability to deploy Automation at scale and quality
