iLeads Auxiliary Services Pvt Ltd is 15 years old company having it's presence in 12 cities across PAN India with over 4000 employees. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – HR to lead large-scale hiring for our BPO operations while driving key HR initiatives across operations and employee relations. We have 2 delivery centers in Gurgaon with total headcount of 400 plus employees. This role demands strong delivery ownership, client management, and the ability to manage a fast-paced hiring environment while maintaining a positive employee experience. We have 2 serivce delivery centers in gurgaon with total headcount of 450 plus employees. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (80%)Lead end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO roles across both the locations and business verticals. Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring numbers in alignment with business goals. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels — job portals, social media, references, campus, and walk-ins. Drive hiring analytics and dashboards to track recruitment performance, funnel health, and hiring efficiency. Partner closely with business stakeholders and clients to understand manpower projections and hiring priorities. Manage client interactions, business reviews, and reporting related to hiring performance. Monitor offer-to-join ratios, improve offer adherence, and enhance candidate experience. Guide and mentor recruiters/vendors to achieve recruitment targets within defined SLAs. Oversee onboarding, documentation, and background verification for new hires. Manage HR processes related to employee lifecycle — confirmation, transfers, and separations. Support grievance handling, engagement, and retention initiatives at site level. Partner with HR and business teams to ensure policy compliance and maintain a healthy workplace culture. Develop and maintain HR dashboards for leadership review covering hiring, attrition, and manpower metrics. Contribute to HR audits, process improvement, and governance mechanisms. Education: Any Graduate and above. Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight timelines. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in HR reporting and dashboards (Excel / Power BI preferred). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Exposure to HR operations and employee relations is a must.
