Job Purpose
To provide support for SAP-HCM in SSC HR Operations including HR Solution Design, developing, testing & production roll out of such solutions. Provide support in stabilizing Success Factor Modules, Integration of SAP & SF. Support troubleshooting, enhancement of SF utilization, improvements & other IT systems in HR OPS landscape and upgradation, around SAP HCM and SAP Success factors across the HR operation function in SSC.

Responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Stabilization of Success factor modules (Recruitment marketing, Recruitment Posting, Recruitment management, On-boarding, Employee Central, Learning Management, SAP_JAM, Service Central, Goal Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Off-boarding, Talent Management - Succession Planning.
- Implementation and Functionality of all modules.
- Ensure completion & stabilization of SAP-SF integration. Inter module integration between SF modules.
- Guide the business for adaption of Success Factors functionality and advise w.r.t. process adoption and leveraging product functionality to achieve the desired outcome
- 100% completion of SAP-SF and inter-module integration as per project plan
- Develop detailed Process Maps & Transaction processing manuals for SSC-HR Ops Team members across 5 HR Verticals & conduct periodic Process Training workshops.
- Update the Process Maps with the changes in the event of Process improvement/ enhancement & ensure HR Ops Team members are trained & certified on the HR Processes.
- 100% process maps and transaction manuals developed and updated for all HR Verticals
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of SAP-HCM & SF Application with various interfaces from 3rd party + on premise applications Eg. Like Share point, Kronos, Active directory, Travel.
- % system uptime for SAP-HCM & SF applications and all integrated interfaces
- Continuously assess the extent of deployment of SF features on mobile devices and complete implementation of upgrades in phased manner so that 100% functionalities of all SF modules are available through handheld devices.
- Achieve 100% deployment of approved SF mobile features for all modules

- Configure reports, MIS & module dash board for each SF modules & train respective module leads to download & utilize information for insightful decision making.

- Employee data & related HR transactions on multiple IT Systems for around 11500 employees.
Education Qualifications
- Engineering Graduate / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science.
- Certification in SAP-HCM & Success factor is desirable.
- PG /PGDBM in HR will be an added advantage
Relevant Experience
- A total of 8-10 years’ experience including minimum 5-7 years of implementation and support in SAP HCM with Success factor experience in large Indian Organization with 10,000+ employee base operating from multiple locations as well as MNC exposure.
- Strong implementation experience in Success Factors modules, having led Employee Central implementation from scratch.
- Should have successfully handled atleast 2 projects incorporating SAP HCM – SF integration at client sites.
- Functional knowledge & experience of Employee Time & Attendance Management (KRONOS) applications.
- Excellent IT Project Management Skills, Sharp Communication, Proven Stakeholder Management Abilities with Customer centricity.
