Job Description

Qualification :MHRD/ MLW/ MBA- HR

Key Responsibilities :

1. HR Policies & Procedures

  • Review and implement corporate HR policies tailored to unit-specific requirements.
  • Analyze the pros and cons of corporate policy implementation at the unit level.
  • Design and implement unit-level policies aligned with corporate guidelines.

2. Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute innovative, best-in-class recruitment strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to source top talent for diverse roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: fitment analysis, salary benchmarking (A to A comparison), written tests (if required), background verification, and candidate follow-up until onboarding.
  • Coordinate third-party background verification through Consultant and maintain compliance records. Report any non-compliance to management.
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding and induction.

3. Time Office & Payroll Management

  • Monitor employee attendance, identify discrepancies, and present findings in monthly MIS.
  • Manage third-party audits for payroll and time office functions for units.
  • Prepare deduction and reimbursement sheets and upload them in SAP for payroll processing.
  • Generate PF, PT, and GLFW reports and submit them to the Finance & Accounts department for payment.
  • Handle full & final settlements and ensure timely upload in SAP.

4. Performance Management

  • Establish and manage the performance appraisal framework, ensuring timely completion.
  • Explore and implement bell curve models and percentage allocations in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Prepare presentations and master Excel sheets for review and approval.
  • Revise compensation structures, generate increment letters in SAP, and update salary details for payroll processing.

5. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

6. Statutory Compliance & Government Liaising

  • Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and compliances as per Factory & Labour Laws
  • maintain effective liaison with government authorities.

7. HRIS Data Management

  • Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate employee data and records.
  • Timely data submission to Corporate as well as auditors.

8. ISO/ IMS

  • Knowledge of ISO Standards.
  • Support IMS-related documentation and compliance as per organizational standards.
