About the Company An emerging and fast-growing facility management company headquartered in Navi Mumbai, we operate across India. Our client has been operating in India for the last 15 years, managing 1200 client locations with 13K plus deployment of people. They are ambitious to grow at 2X in the next three years and are looking for senior leaders to support and sustain the growth. They provide best-in-class FM solutions to large retail and mall clients, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibility Ensure compliance with all labor laws, liaise with statutory authorities, and ensure optimum delivery of compliance. Filling of Statutory compliances under various Acts, i.e., ESIC, EPF, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Maternity Benefit Act & Workmen Compensation Act Fulfil monthly, half-yearly, & Yearly compliance requirements of Clients. Respond to queries raised by clients or government bodies, such as inspection notes, show cause notices, demand letters, etc., under all labor laws. Handling site statutory issues and compliance documents sent to unit manager and clients every month for monthly billing. All sites, including labor, ESI, and PF, are inspected by the government department. Audit all sites as required by the client. All site's labor license renewal and new license, renew of WC policy. Employee engagement and handling of employee grievance Handling bonuses for all the states as per the Bonus Act and distributing them to all employees.
