📣 Job Opening: Telecaller – Recruitment Support Location: Pimpri, Pune 🕒 Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Shift General 💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Take-home) Education : Graduate 🔍 About the Role: Are you a people person with a passion for recruitment and communication? We’re hiring a Telecaller – Recruitment Support to assist our Recruitment Managers by engaging candidates over the phone, sparking interest in job roles, and helping drive our hiring funnel efficiently. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to shortlisted candidates and share job details with clarity and energy Seek and confirm candidate interest, availability, and readiness for job interviews Schedule interviews in coordination with the Recruitment Managers and hiring teams Maintain and update candidate trackers and daily calling reports Upload and organise resumes in bulk into internal folders or ATS platforms Follow up with candidates post-interview for feedback or documentation ✅ What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English Prior experience in telecalling or recruitment support is a plus Confident voice, clarity in speech, and ability to keep candidates engaged Organized mindset with attention to detail while handling data and trackers Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data uploading 📌 Why Join Us?
