Job Description

Role Statement: Spearheaded the recruitment function for the white and blue-collar BU, thereby ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements within the defined budgets, as per expected specifications. Job Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing Participate in client meetings with the BD team physically or virtually to understand the client's requirements thoroughly. Build & grow a strong database of candidates. Ensure continuous addition to the database. Develop and nurture partnerships with diverse recruitment sources, channel partners, and referral partners for targeting candidates. Utilize social media, job sites & online presence to attract candidates. Optimize the recruitment cost w.r.t. the budgets. Team Leadership Be instrumental in the selection, retention & development of team members. Assign projects/requirements to the right team members based on their strengths, workload & criticality of the positions. Help the team prioritize the positions/projects. Ensure that the team has the necessary information & resources to fulfill the positions quickly. Monitor the team's performance regularly. Give constructive feedback to the team to enhance their overall performance. Motivate the team to keep the working spirit and passion alive. Anticipate & resolve grievances of the team. Guide & train the team to enhance their performance. In case of specific training needs, collaborate with the HR team to organize the training programs. Performance monitoring Conduct timely reviews with the team to ensure the achievement of desired outcomes. In case of any deviations, guide the team toward the course correction needed. MIS Reporting Ensure that the MIS data sheets are maintained by all the team members. Monitor & analyze the data to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. Share the MIS reports with the BU Head on a timely basis. Education: Graduate in any stream, MBA in HR preferred Must have worked in Staffing Companies, Manpower Providing Companies, and Facility management with high workforce turnover & fulfillment requirements. These are non-IT requirements; hence, professionals with IT experience do not apply. This is work from an office job, and intensive fieldwork is required. Own Computer and Conveyance is needed.
