Job Description

As a Manager HR at our company, your role will involve overseeing various key responsibilities to drive the talent acquisition process efficiently and effectively. Here is a breakdown of what is expected from you: Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with business needs for corporate and plant functions, excluding IT & Sales. This will involve closely collaborating with business leaders and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs and implementing data-driven hiring approaches to enhance recruitment efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring minimal time-to-fill and high-quality hires. - Lead bulk-hiring and niche-skill hiring for manufacturing, supply chain, quality, R&D, and corporate functions. - Drive cost-effective hiring through direct sourcing, referrals, and industry partnerships. - Collaborate with plant HR teams and senior leaders to understand talent requirements. - Manage external recruitment vendors and evaluate their performance. - Strengthen the company's employer brand through campus engagements and digital hiring initiatives. - Utilize HR tech tools like Darwinbox, Zoho, SAP SuccessFactors for seamless recruitment operations. - Ensure hiring processes are optimized to comply with industry best practices and labor laws. - Implement diversity hiring strategies to enhance workforce representation. - Ensure hiring policies align with industry-specific labor norms and compliance. Qualification Required: - Industry Experience: Prior hiring experience in Agri, FMCG, or Manufacturing (Corporate & Plant roles). - Skills: Strategic hiring, employer branding, workforce planning, compliance knowledge. - Tech Expertise: Hands-on experience with HRMS tools like Darwinbox, Zoho, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar. - Education: MBA in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute. - Competencies: Strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, negotiation skills.
