Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Perform specialized HR consulting and coaching services for business leaders.
  • Enable business change by supporting talent aspects of organizational structure changes and talent integration related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Advocate for HR programs, communicating their business value and managing rollouts to minimize disruptions.
  • Partner with the business and talent management/staffing and recruiting teams on key talent initiatives such as workforce planning, high-potential employee development, and succession planning.
  • Implement short to medium term activities within the business area or support sub-functions in line with department strategy.
  • Lead a team of specialists, sometimes with several hierarchical levels, taking full responsibility for employee lifecycle management.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR consulting, coaching, or talent management.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing complex projects, processes, or activities.
  • Thorough understanding of related disciplines and ability to drive the development of new solutions for programs, complex projects, processes, or activities.
  • Experienced Specialist in one specialized discipline and a thorough understanding of related disciplines; serves as a final decision/opinion maker in the area, coaches, mentors, and trains others on the area of expertise.
  • Ensures implementation of short to medium term activities within the business area or supports sub-functions in line with department strategy, ensuring appropriate policies, processes, and standards are developed and implemented to support short to medium term tactical direction.
  • Leads a team of Specialists, sometimes with several hierarchical levels, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
