Job Opening: Factory HR Manager

Location:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-spectrum HR operations for the factory
  • Ensure

    legal & statutory compliance

    (PF, ESI, Factory Act, labour laws)
  • Handle

    union matters

    and maintain smooth industrial relations
  • Oversee

    contract labour management

    and contractor compliance
  • Liaison with

    government departments

    and regulatory bodies
  • Lead recruitment, training, performance management & employee engagement
  • Handle employee grievances, discipline, and conflict resolution
  • Support factory leadership in achieving operational goals

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum

    10 years

    HR experience in a manufacturing or factory setup
  • Strong exposure in:
    • Legal & statutory compliance
    • Union handling
    • Contract labour management
    • Government liaison
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Candidates from

    Bihar

    preferred

  • Immediate joiners
