Job Description

Industrial Relations:
Build and maintain constructive relationships with unions, workmen, and employee representatives.
Employee Relations:
Drive engagement initiatives, grievance redressal, and dispute resolution to foster a positive work environment.
Compliance Management:
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements under labour laws, Factory Act, and other applicable legislations.
Labour Law Administration
: Interpret and implement labour laws, manage audits, and liaise with government authorities.
Dispute Handling:
Address and resolve labour issues, disciplinary cases, and conflicts in line with company policies and legal frameworks.
Policy Implementation:
Support HR policies and processes at the plant level, ensuring consistency and fairness.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of compliance, IR activities, and submit timely reports to management

12 - 20 years of HR experience with strong exposure to IR/ER in manufacturing/chemical/pharma sectors.
Strong knowledge of Factory Act, labour laws, and statutory compliance
Proven track record in union negotiations and dispute resolution
